My research focuses on consumer psychology and consumer behavior, with a particular emphasis on behavior change and sustainable consumption. I investigate the psychological drivers of consumption reduction, examining the barriers and facilitators of more sustainable lifestyles. My work explores strategies to encourage reduced consumption, including the role of self-regulation mechanisms in shaping consumer choices.
Through this research, I aim to generate insights that inform interventions and policies designed to promote sustainable consumption patterns and support broader societal transitions toward sustainability.
