Over 6 years and 3 countries, Aerielle has centered her work on making sustainability practical. With a B.A. in Fashion Technology and M.A. in Sustainability in Fashion, she brings a pragmatic approach to research futures not talked about enough-degrowth, wellbeing, organizational resilience and alternative value creation.
Aerielle has presented and published research at the Global Fashion Conference 2023, and Yale’s Sustainable Fashion Consumption Network Symposium 2025. She was also a member of the Global Fashion Agenda’s Next Gen Assembly 2024, publishing a wellbeing methodology (“Wellbeing Spiral Playbook”) with her team, and is a guest lecturer for various organizations.
