In light of brands looking to "redefine growth" and achieve strong resilience for the future, this empirical study bridges that practical gap in understanding what this could look like. Through determining non-extractive value, a new value creation concept, and measuring its impact on organizational resilience, results indicate a positive effect on internal capabilities. The work overall reveals a pragmatic approach to redefine value creation, and even fashion itself.
