What does sustainability look like when profit isn’t the goal?

Over 5 years and 3 countries, Aerielle has developed strong skill and conviction to redefine conventional sustainability metrics and make the radical, practical. After earning her B.A. in Fashion Technology at the University of Leeds (now Sustainable Fashion), Aerielle went on to complete her M.A. in Sustainability in Fashion and Creative Industries at the Akademie Mode and Design Berlin.

She has presented and published research at the Global Fashion Conference 2023, and Yale’s Sustainable Fashion Consumption Network Research Symposium 2025. She also was a member of the Next Gen Assembly with the Global Fashion Agenda, publishing a wellbeing methodology titled the “Wellbeing Spiral Playbook” with her team, and guest lectured with various organizations including the Akademie Mode and Design and Shop Repurpose. Aerielle brings a pragmatic approach to research the futures we don’t talk about enough-degrowth, wellbeing, organizational resilience and alternative value creation.

Outside of her analyst role, she specializes in qualitative frameworks backed by empirical data, and developing practical insights. She aims to continue translating complexity into action across corporate, non profit, and educational contexts.
