She is an academic researcher and sustainability advocate with expertise in management, strategy, innovation, and sustainable development. She holds a Master’s degree in Management from ESCP BS, France, a Master’s degree in Management and Quality Studies from Kozminski University, Poland, and a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Quality Studies with distinction from Vistula University, Poland. A recipient of the Rector’s Scholarship and Erasmus+ Scholarship, Toka’s research focuses on sustainable supply chain management, logistics, circular economy, and sustainable fashion. She volunteered at the BNC Centre in Namibia and supported United Nations initiatives in Egypt and Bahrain.
