My research treats sustainable fashion as an ever-evolving concept within markets and processes of market creation. I critically examine assumptions underpinning sustainable fashion, exploring how markets construct, negotiate, and legitimize sustainability while simultaneously reproducing broader structures of consumption and growth.

My recent work contributes to debates on the mutation of the contemporary fashion system, highlighting the interplay between art, commerce, and sustainability, and examining implications for policy and systemic change. Through this research, I hope to contribute to policy debates on sustainable fashion and market transformation.
