Lauren Shy
Affiliation: Elizabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University
Lauren Shy is the Executive Director of Sustainable Business Law Hub at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law (Pace Haub). She is also an Adjunct Professor leading Pace Haub’s efforts around sustainable fashion within the school’s top ranked environmental law program. She also serves as an Advisor to the student-led Sustainable Fashion Law Society and co-teaches the New York Legislative and Regulatory Process course.
Prior to joining Pace Haub, Lauren practiced law for over 20 years and was most recently in-house at PepsiCo, Inc. where she held various legal roles across data privacy, corporate compliance & ethics, and e-commerce.
