After leaving the mainstream fashion industry in 2007, I founded SustFashWales to promote sustainable fashion and now contribute to a cross-party working group with Senedd Cymru.
As Head of D&T Education, I have delivered sustainability-focused education for over 16 years across schools, FE and HE.
I’m currently completing a PhD in sustainable fashion education, my research explores practivism as a pedagogical framework that empowers learners to move from awareness to action through creative, playful and imaginative approaches.
I have published research and presented at international conferences, including Yale University, EAD, iCERi and SCORAI.
