Swayam Sampurna Panigrahi is an Assistant Professor of Operations Management at IFMR Graduate School of Business, Krea University, India. She was a Fulbright-Nehru Postdoctoral Fellow at the Gladstein Family Human Rights Institute, University of Connecticut, USA, where she conducted research on sustainable supply chains, business and human rights, and labor practices in the textile and apparel sectors of India and the United States. Dr. Panigrahi earned her Ph.D. in Sustainable Supply Chain Management from Xavier Institute of Management (XIMB), XIM University. She is the recipient of two Emerald Literati Awards from Emerald Publishing (UK) for her research articles.
