Panayiota (Julie) Alevizou is an Assistant Professor in Marketing at the University of Sheffield Management School. She researches sustainability communication, ecolabelling, sustainable consumption, using qualitative methods.
Her work includes a 2016 Emerald Award winning article on sustainable fashion consumption. She co edited Sustainability in Fashion: A Cradle to Upcycle Approach and The Palgrave Handbook of Sustainability in Fashion.
She has co-authored several peer reviewed articles on sustainable fashion consumption, alongside book chapters in Sustainable Luxury and Research Handbook on Ethical Consumption.
